Help...I've switched computers, I've switched servers, I've switched access venues - and I still have the same very irritating problem. The video AND the sound 'stutter' very regularly for lack of a better description. It would be much more enjoyable if I could solve this newest problem. I looked for a solution on the YMB but I must be the only one with this problem....Please?

Hi Chinhouse. I have the same problem on my computer unfortunately, so I have to watch it on my daughter's newer computer. My machine is an old one and I'm running Windows 98SE so there's my problem.

A couple of suggestions -- Have you let the entire video download before you click play? Close down all other programs including email and just run the website. Have you cleared all your browsers? Have you done a defrag recently?

Thanks for all the help, Folks! I finally just gave up and re-booted. Now it works great! Computers are wonderful devices - until they cause grief! Great video and music. Thanks again.

Please help. I recieved my email this morning and I can't seem to find the new video. I am all logged in but nothing. Any advice on what I could be doing wrong? I am really looking forward to seeing it.
