Yahoo cannot find a problem on their end that is preventing those of us using Yahoo e-mail for our notifications, & are no longer getting them. I have been told to forward this to whomever handles this forum. Can someone pass this along to the right people, or tell me who to forward it to? This is part of what Yahoo said...
I suggest that you ask the mail system administrator or postmaster of the internet service provider or domain, with which you are experiencing the issue, contact us directly. Please have them use the Yahoo! Mail Help page below.
Hi Linda, I'm sorry this problem with Yahoo hasn't been resolved. If administration can help with this matter then I'm sure they will. I know that in the past the only solution for some has been to create a new email account. I hope a solution will be found soon.
Thanks Anne. I figured that by the time Yahoo or someone has time to get the problem rectified, I might as well get the gmail account, so I did. I hope to see some train e-mails in that box tomorrow, or there will be one roadrunner running amuck, LOL.
There's no point in forwarding your information because the problem isn't with the YMB. It's definitely Yahoo whether they want to accept that or not.
I have asked YManRep to try to find me one of the bounce notices he gets when these things occur. They help you to prove to Yahoo that it is their problem and helps them pinpoint where the problem is happening.
I'll forward it to you when and if he can find one in his mailbox.
