My sister is having trouble logging in, says she has to be a member, she was approved but when she tries to log in, it won't let her. So she went to "Contact Us" and an email came up that was not hers & she never has used it, & it would not let her delete it. Think it's keeping her out of board. What can she do to delete it? Appreciate a reply.
