I have tried what I can think of, but I still cannot get logged into Yanni.com Fan site.
I enter the name and password and an empty loggin comes back up. I can see behind it, but I cannot get to it.

I do not have trouble with uploads, downloads and such on other sites. Does any one have any idea what I can do?

Did you go to the Tribute sign and click in to it and it takes a few seconds to start? It should work for you?

If you have the Google toolbar, maybe that is preventing you from getting into the video? I would go to the Help site and see if someone there can help you? I am sorry I can't be more help....

yeah.....those toolbars are a headache. If I let all the bars who wanted to attach themselves to my puter, I would have no winder to view from!!! When I reloaded my computer after a system recovery, I allow only the EI toolbar....no Yahoo, Google, or any other. I use to have problems with the popups (selected ones that I did not want blocked) being blocked, but I haven't had that problem in a while now.

I was able to get into the site, and I sent out a few cards while I was there.

I had to download Mozilla Firefox to get in, and I can only get in through Mozilla. I do not know how long I will keep Firefox, as I do not care much for that program, and my other programs do not like it. I don't want a fight to break out in my computer! LOL

I can see one thing that might be stopping me from logging in. Once I was able to log in to Yanni.com I can see one of Yanni's icons in the address bar before the address. That may be causeing problems with the address not coming up in the other programs? I do not know computers, but I have never seen a site with an icon in the address bar before. I guess I should get out more. LOL

Hi Diana,

Those icons are quite common. Essentially the page simply replaces the Internet Explorer icon with it's own. That won't keep you from getting in. In fact AOL.com, MySpace.com and Yahoo.com all do that.

Yes, I checked and you are right. The icon for MySpace & AOL came up first in the address bar, but only if I use my Mozilla Firefox. If I just go though my IE the IE icon is there, but does not change when I log into MySpace or AOL.

I was just thinking that the page is not coming up because of something with the icon, since that seems to make the difference when I use Firefox.

Maybe it is my settings, who knows. I do not know that much about computers.
