Hi all,

As if Kathrine didn't have enough on her hands, last night her father had a massive heart attack. He's awake and oriented but had another minor attack during the night. Both were apparently caused by a drastic drop in his sodium levels and they are now reversing that problem. Kat said she was going to take her bottle of salt with her to the hospital and tell her dad to have at

She is worn out and asks that everyone give her father their good thoughts and prayers.

Kat and family have been in my prayers (as I am sure the prayers of many others) redoubling my prayers for Kat and Dad, as well as the rest of the family.

I am not around as much as usual but my thoughts and prayers are constantly with Kathrine, Dad and family.
