All you have to do is go to the Members Forum and post your information in each topic in the normal way.

Is the picture string still usable to where we can post pictures or is that now only gonig to the staff only.

Yes the picture string is still in operation. The four I mentioned above were just so anyone interested could add their details to be included on the list.
Everything else is the same as usual.
