I finally had the chance to live the experience of being in one of your concerts here in Mexico. It was very nice to see your band members. It was nice to meet your voices as well. Although I still have a special preference for your music to be only instrumental, each of your voices has a very unique style and language that adds to the magic of your original music. As I watched you and your team perform, I saw something I would define in one word as “change”. I could see that as many experiences as you have had, as many excuses as you may have had to go off course, to settle or to quit, your spirit remains not only strong but renewed. It was a delightful thing for me to see how much you allow your voices to be and express themselves because it speaks of how much you´ve allowed yourself to learn and move forward. You remind us all how important and necessary it is to allow change in our lives.
May you continue to grow and evolve in as many ways as you can create, so you continue to be an uncomparable example of commitment and perseverance; always keeping in mind that as much as what we do reflects who we are, it will always be something we do...not who we are. So when "change" knocks on our door, we´ll be able to use it as a step up, as an opportunity to discover and create many other new ways of expressing our being.
My deepest respects to you and everybody else who helps make the “Yanni Phenomenon” possible.
We hope to see many more posts from you as you get to know us a little better. Many strong friendhips have developed here because of our love of Yanni's music.
