From the time that i was a little girl, i remember my self beging my parents to buy me a piano, When Yanni did live in the acropolis i was so small and i remember crying my eyes out because i couldn't go and see "the beautiful mister with the long hair who always smiles".
I felt enchanted from the way that he played, his presence in the scene. His is one of the reasons where i also learn to play too.After all these years and the love that never fades away, im impatiend to feel the goose-flesh again, and fills my soul with his magical hands for one more time.

It's nice to read your post.I'm glad Yanni inspired you to learn to play the piano and I'm sure you have found it very rewarding.

Hi All, I have always thought of Yanni as the gorgeous Greek. I have exposed both of my grandchildren to Yanni/music since birth. The first time my 4 yr. old granddaughter saw him without his moustache, she looked at me and said, "Him is that Yanni" LOL! I too am awaiting the magic that only a Yanni concert can bring.

I hope for your sake that Yanni has a concert nearby where you and your family are. And of course, I hope to be there! lol!

Hi there, I have been to Athens and some of the Islands there is Greece 2 years ago.. I feel in love with the Greek Islands and hope I can go back someday! Saw where Yanni performed and it was pure magic.. I could just see him down there and so beautiful and a hudge theatre.. Nice to see you here on the YMB...
