We got so caught up in other stuff August and September ran away from us.
So rather than do a birthday book or DVD this year we've decided to create a birthday string.
A few years ago (actually around six to be clear), Yanni posted a message for us all. It turned into a ribbon of love string that turned into another project down the road.
So let's all leave a message on Yanni's Birthday card, right here on this Message Board. Let's make it the longest birthday card we've ever seen. Post pictures, messages, well-wishes, poems, etc. Whatever suits your fancy - of course within the rules of the YMB and please remember to keep the pictures under 100K and relatively small in dimension so that they don't use up all of Yanni's printer ink!
Have fun! We will close the string on November 12th and forward the post to Yanni's management on the 13th.

Dear Yanni, Wishing you the very best on your special day! I have been listening to you since 1990 from the radio practicing martial arts forms. I would like to share a poem from my studies with you. The Tao is forever undefined. Small though it is in the unformed state, it cannot be grasped. If Kings and lords could harness it. The ten thousand things would naturally obey. Heaven and earth would come together and gentle rain fall, Men would need no more instruction and all things would take their course. Once the whole is divided , the parts need names.
