And for my next endeavor, I am officially planning a hotrod trip to Virginia Beach in the near future. Busch Gardens in two weeks, then after I have Codi's vet visits done, I can start planning my trip to "the beach." It's been years since I've been there but I love the smell of the ocean and the sound of the waves while enjoying a long overdue walk on the beach. If I can, I'll get a pic of the car sitting under a Welcome to Virginia Beach sign....it depends on if I can do it safely and/or without a ticket.

Really what do you have to do to get an answer from Yanni Street Team Management? There is no communication just a generated email every so often. Lacking people skills here, and a personal touch. Very disappointed!

Angela.....I really miss the team we had. Everybody knew everybody and we had Bonnie to update us on the team's progress. The updates gave us a sense of teamwork and highlighted where we needed to go next. It just seemed much more organized and functioning with a clearer purpose. I'm hoping somewhere along the line someone will realize that we accomplished more as a group and officially bring it back the way it was...........

i have learned over the years of dealing with projects in my own field the wisdom in the motto "if it ain't broke don't fix it" because there is always something else in a project that is going to truly need the investment of your time, energy, and effort.

considering the enormous investment of time, energy, and effort, by so many, that must go into bringing a project like 'yanni voices' from conception to completion it's difficult for me to understand why anyone would take something that was definately not broken, i.e. the original street team, and attempt to fix/change it? should not that investment have been much more wisely placed with another aspect of this project that requires attention?

with apology, if perceived as overly opinionated, i believe that the only needed effort left to be invested in the street team management is that of it's return to it's original, and successful, leadership and status.

Today, Yanni.Com went to Walmart (and so did my Yanni t-shirt) and as I was going back inside to tell someone something, I heard someone say "Oh look, a Yanni fan." When I turned around, there were 3 ladies standing there all saying how much they loved Yanni's music. Well, you know where that conversation went...lol. After filling them in on the latest news, I directed them to Yanni.Com on the Internet so they could keep up with all the latest news.
Sigh....now here is why I was going back inside---> There was a truck parked near me that had a little dog barking in it...and all the windows were up. I wrote the plate number down and the greeter had them paged..and no one showed up. By the time I got a deputy out there, the dog had been in there for half an hour that I knew of. I checked on the dog and it wasn't in distress yet but I asked him just how long you wait for it to be in distress? Right at that point, the guy came out, the deputy parked behind him....and I left, but not until I let the greeter know the deputy was there. And that is when I heard someone say "Oh look, a Yanni fan."
