This is a message to two particular individuals who reached out to me when I first joined this board in order to get to know me a little better.
Diana & Hawk,
Thank you for extending your friendship to me by originally contacting me privately when I placed contact information on this message board. I have since removed that contact information from public access for reasons that I will not go into now.
Both of you are long-term Yanni fans. Both of you are highly intelligent
ladies who lead busy lives away from this message board. I appreciate both of you for the friendship, the camaraderie, the mental exchange, and the understanding of each other that has grown with time.
There are others who visit here and post with whom I have enjoyed interacting, some of whom reached out to me from the beginning. A thank you goes out to each of them as well. Kathy60, I absolutely LOVE your sense of humor and appreciate the love and support you have shown to me since I first posted on the YMB under a different screen name in 2004. Herema, I appreciate your writing style. Kudos to you on successfully publishing a book of your poems. Thank you for sharing your creativity. I, for one, appreciate it.
Navigator and Sherry, you also have extended support and encouragement here. Navi, you have done so privately.
Dara Marie & Linda/Roadrunner, although we probably do not agree about everything in life, I do appreciate your writing styles, your support of U.S. military, and the efforts you make in support of Yanni and other musicians/artists.
There are others:
watching - so uniquely you and so mysterious

Etoile - so thoroughly philosophical, gentle in spirit (yes really)
lifeinthekeyofd - providing a one-of-a-kind wisdom born from a lifetime of interpersonal diplomacy
ambiance - sharing through your photographs a part of yourself with us
Fries (& Mrs Fries) - one of a kind, a true Yanni fan(s)
Kit Cloudkicker - always trying to bring something of the kid out in all of us,

and sharing hugs with anyone who asks
I hope nobody feels left out, but I do have some more studying to do before I go to class this afternoon. I am posting this message on Creative Forum because most of you have visited here, and sometimes posted.
I'm not leaving ... I'm just saying thank you.

Until the very last moment ... may you be at peace,
Lanette
