Thanks, Diana. I thought the water on the swan's face, forming as if it were tears, would make a moving photo. Took that photo on Memorial Day visiting a friend's husband at a cemetery. Management asked permission to put some of these photos up in the main building because they were shocked they let a human get that close to them. They asked how I did it and I explained how you can earn their trust. Move in slow, admire their beauty and respect their space. After time, they knew I wasn't going to hurt them so they let their guard down and one even fell asleep 4 feet from me. I call that the "Steve Irwin" effect. And I kid you not - have you ever heard a swan snore? LOL They do!

I find this approach works well with humans also.

Hoping to take the cameras out this weekend but can't go too far since I'm still in the fracture boot and 2 or 3 torn ligaments are still swollen and not healing. Trying to graduate into an air cast but with no padding underneath, can't go far in it yet. I'm picking up marbles with my toes and putting them in buckets, one at a time, with a washrag in my mouth to prevent cursing LOL. After therapy I see the doctor again to see if more tests or surgery is necessary. By the way, percocet IS oxycodone and I only have 20 over a two month period, but thanks for worrying. Wink Only take them when even ice doesn't help. A long, slow battle so I can relate to Watching's posts. Even with Yanni's battles and/or accomplishments, I find it amazing how much negativity and demanding can evolve as such wonderful things unfold but I think sometimes it's human nature to be greedy as opposed to sitting back with a smile and welcoming with open arms what is offered.

A lesson I've learned in this scenario for the "victim" is to think of some obstacles as a deflection lol. An outsider may unknowingly deflect your direction. Sometimes these little unexpected shootings of your entire being -- right out the cannon and across the ocean -- can land you in an even better place than if you had kept going straight. The fun part is thanking your "enemy" for the deflection with the wonderful result LOL And if you're lucky, you make them a friend.

I didn't see that before, Hawk. It does look like tears! It looks much like I have been feeling these past few months, some of the time any way.

Good luck picking up marbles! I'm sure you'll be a pro in no time! Praying for you & others.

I got lost in the last part of your post, but I guess it is not for me any way. Smiler

Have a Great Week!
Much Love to All!

I am more confused. Relevant to what and whom, me? I do not understand. I hope someone can enlighten me?

BTW is someone getting married?

Much Love,
Diana
