Hi all,

We've heard that some fan club members are having difficulty getting the download.

If you need help, please follow these step by step instructions.

Do not try to use AOL - it apparently doesn't always work.

1. Log into your fan club account.
2. On the main fan club page, if you have not already gone through the checkout process, the link should be there to get the download. Just follow the links to the checkout. (Note that only paid members get the download for free.)
3. If you have already gone through the checkout but have not downloaded the music click the 'my settings' link at the top right side of the page.
4. Click on order history.
5. Find the order with the correct date. It should show order amount as $0.00.
6. Click the link to the right that says 'view order details'. In some browsers you may have to use the bottom scroll bar to move to the far right of the page.
7. On the next page, scroll to the bottom and click on the link that says 'Click Here to Access Your Downloads'.
8. Right mouse click on the link that says 'Right Click here To Download'. In the menu that appears click "save as", "save target as" or "save linked file as"

Remember you must download your file within 48 hours, otherwise you will lose the download.
