Does anyone know if Yanni will be making a return visit to the Toronto/Hamilton area any time in the near future? I saw him in London, Ontario, Canada and loved every minute of it...my 11 year old grandson is a HUGE fan also and I have promised him that next time Yanni is in the area, we will both go....hope it is not too far off....thanks Neia

Yanni is not presently touring and no tours have been announced. Our administrators have said that they have not started working on tour routing.

Stick with us. Yanni has just started posting new information about what he is doing. If you haven't already re-registered for the Fan Club, by all means now is the time. Everyone will need to re-register for the new Fan Club. It's still free and Fan Club members get access to tickets before the general public.

Hey Bonnie, I just saw a notice about him putting a tour together. It was on the main site. I reregistered. But to all YMBers, there is an educational part on his last DVD that shows his fans how CDs and tours are put together. But they show the rehearsals which is one feature that goes on before a CD or a tour gets put together.

YMBers, I know that we all want to see him again, but to put a tour together, you have to select a route and what dates you plan to stop. Plus you need to find a time to rest. In 1997, he created a tour that had no rest stops in it and he burned out. Consider that as a music lesson. When putting together a tour, what happned in 1997 shows what can happen if you don't put a rest stop or two on your tour route.

Perhaps it would be helpful to post a message that stays at the top of the YMB that summarizes Yanni's tour announcements which have not been announced. That way all the folks asking about it can simply be referred to the answer and other members don't have to read duplicate posts.
