Hello to all yanni fans. This is my first post. I'm a veeeery long-time yanni fan, anxiously waiting for the concerts. However, I've been very message-board shy, but can no longer contain myself with such wonderful fans out there. My sister and I also planned plenty of road trips across several states on the last tour.

I am located outside of Chicago, practically down the street from the Sears Center venue (5 minutes away) - and I can't wait!

I just noticed on Ticketmaster.com that they have announced the presale for Bridgeport, CT. While I won't be attending that one, I was wondering if anyone knows if the presale will occur at the same time for all the venues. They list the presale for Bridgeport to occur on Monday, Dec. 15 at 10am.

I would also be interested in meeting fellow yanni fans attending the Chicago event. I see that is on another thread so will look into it there.

Welcome to the YMB.

Unfortunately the answer is, we don't know. The reason we don't know is because at some venues there is more than one presale that happens.

The way it's been explained to me in the past is that Fan Club presales have priority. But other presales can sometimes follow our presale.

Typically our presales will occur on our website and the ticketing agencies (most venues are Ticketmaster, Ticketswest or Tickets.com) may or may not announce them. So without more information from our admins, I'm afraid I can't really tell you the answer to your question.

I have, however, already asked that question of our administration. Keep a close eye on your email and make sure your email address is current with the Fan Club.

Also, the last time I asked, the only tickets going on sale in December were to be the first leg which ends in mid May. That may have changed though. I'm not sure yet.

I'm sorry I don't have a more immediate answer for you.

I have been looking at the Sears Arena also. I found a Hilton Garden Inn right IN Hoffman Estates at most, 10 minutes from the venue. Many of us will have vehicles. I found it with a AAA rate. Hilton Garden Inn, Hoffman Estates They have micro/frigs in each room.

But the Chicagoans will have even more suggestions for hotels. We should check around.
