My friends like yanni ,too, they told me if yanni come to china ,again ,everyone in our class, can be a crazy boy and girl.ha-ha Now,yanni can come to china ? U.S.A is enough, China is waiting for yanni.Shanghai ,Beijing And Guangzhou (Zibo is a good choice, too ,zibo is my hometown``
Hello Wang. We are all patiently waiting for some news. So I don't believe that RGY was indicating he knew for sure whether or not Yanni would include China in his next tour but rather that He's hoping the same as you and your classmates, that Yanni "will" include your beautiful country.
As stated previously, a tour schedule has not been set up yet so we have no idea as to when he will start or where he will start.
The only thing to do is to keep checking and make sure you and your classmates have each registered for Yanni's new Fan Club. Fan Club members will be notified when tour schedules are available.
I'm a British guy living and working in China. My wife and I are HUGE Yanni fans annd we are eagerly awaiting tour news so we can get tickets.
Yanni is absolutely massive in China, but unfortunately because of CD/DVD piracy, I think Yanni has no real idea just how big he is here! He could have sell-out every city in China!
One thing I would ask is that maybe he could come and play inland a bit. Wang asks for Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou; how about Xi'an? It is the old capital of China and the home of the famous Terracotta Warriors. There is the perfect place for a concert here in the shadow of the fabulous Big Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise.
Anyway, here's to another great musical feast, wherever it may be!
Stuart, I have never visited, but I've always found that inland China seems the most inviting. I don't know why that is, but it was nice to see you post it as well. I think it is the natural attraction to hidden beauty.
Hi Stuart and welcome to the Yanni Message Board. I am British too. I have always been fascinated by China and loved teaching Chinese children over the years. We don't know where Yanni will be touring but I hope you and your wife do have the chance to see him in concert.
