hello every one,

please help for understanding some thing here. I fyou look at the tracks names in Optimystique album you will find some tracks not named correctily.

for example listen to the sample of farewell in this album and then listen to the sample of farewell in Reflection of passion album. Also I have this collection CD called " winter light " where Twilight is diffrent from the one represnted in the sample under the same name, I mean the melody is in Opttimystique but under the name Strings. the same applies for Magus.

only Butterfly Dance and Sphynx names are O.K

Moderators would please ask about this!!!

A few people have mentioned this in the past. These albums are copies and I'm afraid mistakes were made by the recording company when they were re- released. Nothing can really be done about it as the original album is now out of print.

but there is some thing still in the dark. about one piece " farwell " which by the way one of the most beautifull song. listen to sample in obtymostique and refelction of passion. and then tell me about that.

again I am just trying to figuer out why this was happened with fully appreciation for what you do for all of us in this board.

Are you saying that the tune for Farewell is different on the two CD'S? I'm not sure what has happened on your CD but Farewell is labelled correcty on my Optimistique CD.It is exactly the same as the ROP CD.
Yanni said in his book 'Yanni in Words' that he wrote that song after he broke up with a girlfriend. I find it very moving and it has always been one of my favourites.

thank you for your reply, you are so right about "Farwell" it is a moving song and I read the book too, and I remember that part.

that's why when ever I listen to it, I always feel that yanni was so sad when he wrote it.

love is difficult and yanni imaged that difficulity in this song.

for the CD I have, ROP is matching the song sample in the web site. but when you compare between the song sample in the web site you would know what I mean.

but any how, as you said; nothing can be done right now since the otimystique is out of print.
