The definitive collection is released under Sony-BMG label. It's an compilation album. This is available in India since last month itself.

The other artist they released are Michael Jackson, Kenny G, Celine Dion and many other artist which come under the label of Sony and BMG Music.

I agree with you Sharat.It's really hard to find the album Optimystique.I waited an entire year to have it.But it's worth the wait.

Thanks for the info, Sharat. I think I found a similar one that was released here in June. It's a 3 disk set and is called " Yanni: The Collection". It is obviously a compilation but that's okay.

Sony - BMG has earlier released the following compilations:

Love Songs
Ultimate Yanni Vol. 1
Ulitmate Yanni Vol. 2

The now Compilation released Definitive Collection contains those 3 CD's. Nothing new in it.

Hence check the track listing on each compilation before you buy.

I was lucky that earlier I didn't buy individualy those compilations but now I have all in a Set

I think one of the best compilation is "Yanni- Greatest Hits"(3 CD set,with 27 songs,1997 BMG)and then "Enraptured:a collection of Yanni favourites"(3 CD set,27 songs,1997 BMG).
But I've got so many compilations that it's hard to choose.
