The human voice is the best instrument out there!

You know what's really cool about this instrument? A trumpet can do things a flute can't do. The flute can do things the piano can't do. The violin (particularly Samvel's lol) can do things the trombone has never heard of. The french horn can do things the harp can't do. The harp can do things the viola can't do. But the human voice? You can make it do anything you want! Yanni's new "tool" is absolutely limitless! And that is more fun than anything you can think of!! That's total freedom in music! And Yanni deserves it. And the new Voices, are about to work for it lol. And have oh so much fun doing it!

Funny how that happens. I wonder why that is. They get stored in some kind of secondary brain database or something. I couldn't tell you the lyrics of an old favorite from 1976 off the top of my head, but the minute I start to sing it, it all comes back to me, every word, every instrumental part, every note. Yes!

I just love all the new music with the kids and their spectacular talent. So much raw emotion and they are not bad to look at either. It's the kind of spice and drama that makes a truly classy show. I can't wait to see them in concert in May. I am so proud of them all, and for Yanni's leap of faith in himself, and afterall, if you love Yanni music, you'll change when he changes. I love the changes.

I'm headed for a makeover myself right now.
